The department offers three year (6 Semesters) diploma course. The Direction, Screen Play Writing, and TV Production course is a comprehensive three-year (6 Semesters) diploma program designed to immerse students in the creative and technical aspects of filmmaking and television production. This course, initiated with an intake of 60 students, has grown to accommodate 114 students with AICTE approval, reflecting the increasing demand for skilled professionals in the media industry.Students will receive in-depth training in directing, screenplay writing, and TV production, learning from experienced faculty members who bring a wealth of industry knowledge. The curriculum covers a wide range of topics including narrative structure, character development, visual storytelling, camera techniques, lighting, sound design, and editing. State-of-the-art studios and production equipment provide hands-on experience, allowing students to produce their own projects and gain practical skills.
